范本如下 寄 售 協(xié) 議 Agreement of Consignment A公司，注冊(cè)地在中國(guó)_______（以下稱寄售人），與B公司，注冊(cè)地在________（以下稱代售人），按下列條款簽訂本協(xié)議： This Agreement is entered into between _______ Co.
